This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It applies to cnopassy.com and to the enquiry forms on it. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.

Who we are
The company responsible for your data.
This website is operated by Dongguan Yun Ding Co., Limited (trading as Nopassy), a manufacturer of industrial blowers and vacuum pumps based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. For any question about this policy or about data we hold on you, write to quentin@cnopassy.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form, plus the technical information your browser sends with any web request.

Why we use it
One purpose, and nothing else.
We use your details for exactly one thing: to read your enquiry, work out which blower or vacuum pump suits the duty you describe, and reply to you with a quotation and any technical questions we need answered.
We do not use your details for advertising, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation
- To ask clarifying technical questions about your application
- To send you documents you requested, such as catalogs or drawings
- To keep a record of the order and its specification if you go on to buy
- To meet our own accounting and export-documentation obligations
How long we keep it
Not longer than we need it.
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to the project, and are then deleted. If you place an order, the enquiry becomes part of the commercial record and we keep the transaction documents for as long as tax and export regulations require.

Cookies, analytics and tracking
Short version: there are none.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking service. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, heat-mapping tools or any equivalent. Nothing is written to your browser's local storage. We have no way to see which pages you visited before you contacted us.
Two third-party services are loaded directly by the page, because the site needs them to display correctly:
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site
- Font Awesome (Cloudflare cdnjs) — serves the icon set
Loading a file from these services means your IP address and browser details are visible to them as part of that request, in the same way as visiting their own websites. Neither is used by us to identify you, and we receive no data back from them. If you would prefer not to make these requests, the site remains usable with them blocked.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Full stop.
Your details are not sold, rented or traded, and they are never passed to another manufacturer or trading company. Outside our own company, your data is only handled by:
- Our email and hosting providers, which carry and store the message you send — they process it on our instructions only
- Shipping and customs agents, and only if you place an order and the goods need to be exported under your name
- Public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information
We never share enquiry data with other customers, and any reference or case study published on this site is only made with the customer's prior written agreement.
Data sent internationally
We are in China, so enquiries reach us across a border.
Our company is in mainland China. If you contact us from the European Union, the United Kingdom or anywhere else, your enquiry is transferred to and stored in China so that we can read it and reply. We take this seriously: access is limited to the sales staff handling your enquiry, and we handle the transfer on the basis of your request to receive a quotation.
Your rights
You stay in control of your own information.
Whichever country you contact us from, we will honour the following requests. Email quentin@cnopassy.com and we will act on it, normally within 30 days.
- Access — ask what we hold about you and get a copy
- Correction — have anything inaccurate put right
- Deletion — have your enquiry and details erased
- Objection — tell us to stop using your data, and we will, with the exception of records we must legally keep
- Withdrawal of consent — where you consented to something, withdraw it at any time
- Portability — receive the data you gave us in a common machine-readable format
- Complaint — raise the matter with your national data protection authority; under the GDPR you may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence
How we protect it
Enquiry data is stored on access-controlled servers, can be reached only over HTTPS, and is readable only by the sales staff who handle enquiries. Passwords for the backend are unique and rotated. We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as payment card numbers or identity documents through this website — if a payment is needed, it is arranged through the formal channels in your order confirmation.
Children
This site sells industrial equipment to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted an enquiry, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes affecting enquiries already in progress will also be communicated by email where we have an address for you.
