From the date of delivery, Nopassy shall repair or replace — free of charge — any parts that fail or show signs of defect under conditions arising from faulty design, material or workmanship, or from any act or omission on our part. If the goods are repaired or replaced, the warranty period is recalculated from the date of acceptance of the repair or replacement by the purchaser.
